MLP:FIM Humanized Series Sweetie Belle

Here is the first of a personal project of mine to humanize the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters.
I know, it's overdone. And the pony fandom (...bronies) seem to really look down on human version artwork. But--whatever!
I couldn't resist. I love re-interpreting anthro characters and making them my own. I have been doing this since High School with Sonic the Hedgehog!

Not sure if I bring anything new to the table. But I'm giving it a shot.

Here is my interpretation of Sweetie Belle!

I'm not sure why, but Sweetie Belle is the first one to start off this series. I have already sketched a lot of characters, including the main characters. I will probably finish the rest of the Cutie Mark Crusaders next.

In terms of style, this is both a regression and progression. I just went all out anime! And Fanart no less! It's...just...what I do.
Painting wise, I feel like I really progressed. I don't really paint this way--so it was kind of challenging. But I'm really proud of it.
